About Phone Calls and other Communications
We at BCS realize that phone calls are an important means of communication with our customers. I know that when I deal with a company I am reassured by being able to talk with a "Real Live Person" that the company is for real and will able to help me with any problems that I may have.
Because we are a small company we find ourselves stretched thin during the day. Unfortunately we don't have the wherewithal to dedicate an employee to answering the phone. For that reason let me offer some information that will improve your chances of getting in touch with us:
Generally the best times to call are from 8 am thru 11 am Pacific Time, Tuesday thru Thursday.
If you do call and we don't answer, please leave a message. We do review messages every morning, and give priority to returning these calls. Please state your phone number clearly and slowly. We miss returning some calls because we can't understand the phone number.
For technical questions it is best to E-mail us if at all possible. Our office staff can take orders but do not have the foundry background to help with technical issues. Also if you E-Mail me with a technical question I can reply with helpful literature by e-mail attachment. I have a number of papers on foundry topics that I can send to you.
